This comfortable home sleeps 6 guests (plus 1 on the couch) and features a spacious master suite with a king bed, private bath, walk-in closet, and desk. Two additional bedrooms offer cozy sleeping arrangements, with one including a dedicated workspace—perfect for remote work. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen (yes, there’s a waffle maker!), a cozy living room with a Smart TV, and a patio with a dining set and propane grill. Guests have full access to the main house, patio, and shared laundry area. Self-check-in is available via smart lock. Please enter through the right-side path leading to the front door. Free onsite parking is available on the right side of the driveway.

GENERAL:
1. No parties. However, birthdays, wedding groups, or other mannerly events are permitted in our awesome outdoor area – but no ragers (we know, sorry).
2. Quiet hours are 9 PM – 8 AM. Excessive noise that disturbs others’ stay may be grounds to terminate the booking.
PETS NOT ALLOWED.
SMOKING:
Smoking in the unit will result in a $250 fine and a cancellation of your stay, without refund, for causing smoke damage and a smell that is extremely hard and costly to remove.
PARKING:
Parking is along the property side of Gipson Place only (west side). Do not park in any of the adjacent business’ parking lots. There is one handicap spot on site for authorized use with a handicap plate or rear view mirror hanger.

Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancellation of your booking and is at the discretion of the Host.
Failure to comply with one or more of our policies may result to extra charges or eviction.
